N.F. Railway Employees Union — protecting railway workers' rights and welfare since 1976.
To safeguard the rights, interests, and welfare of railway employees through collective bargaining, advocacy, and comprehensive support services. We strive to ensure fair working conditions, competitive compensation, and a safe work environment for all railway workers.
Our commitment extends beyond workplace issues to encompass healthcare, education, housing, and social welfare programs that benefit our members and their families.
Founded in 1976, NFREU emerged from the collective need of railway workers to have a unified voice. Over the past five decades, we have grown from a small regional organization to a federation representing over 45,000 railway employees across India.
Through persistent negotiations and unwavering commitment, we have achieved improved salary structures, enhanced safety protocols, comprehensive pension reforms, and expanded welfare programs.
